The return of merchandise must be authorized in writing with RA# and we must receive return shipment within 20 days of the original shipping date.
We need to be contacted within 5 business day for any items received via carrier that you do not accept.

All returns must be unused and returned with its original packaging marked with a return authorization number that we will provide for you. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
